Alexa Lemieux, star of Netflix’s Love Is Blind, is embracing a fresh chapter in her life with a new look. In a recent TikTok video, the 31-year-old reality star shared the details of her breast lift and augmentation, revealing that the procedure has been a crucial step in rediscovering her confidence after her recent separation from her husband, Brennon.
The couple, who met on Love Is Blind season 3, announced their split in December after four years of marriage. Just weeks later, Lemieux, who welcomed daughter Vienna Ziva Lemieux with Brennon in July 2024, underwent breast enhancement surgery at Solomon Plastic Surgery. Her procedure involved a breast lift and the insertion of 425 cc implants placed under the muscle.
“This is a surgery I’ve wanted to do for a long time, really since I stopped breastfeeding,” Lemieux explained in her TikTok video. “My body just never quite felt the same afterward.”
Though the idea of getting a breast augmentation wasn’t originally part of her near-future plans, Lemieux decided there was no better time than now. “I was going to wait until I had more kids and then do it, but since that timeline shifted, I thought, why not now?” she shared.
The decision to undergo the procedure came after a period of significant life changes. “I’ve been working hard to heal emotionally—thank you, therapy. But I also wanted to do something for myself on the outside,” Lemieux said, emphasizing that the surgery helped her regain a sense of self-assurance. “It’s so nice to do something for myself and get back some confidence that I lost recently.”
For Lemieux, the breast augmentation marks a new beginning in her personal journey. “I’m so excited to enter this next phase of life feeling my most confident self,” she said, calling the procedure one of the “best decisions” she’s ever made.
She also encouraged others to take steps toward their own happiness. “If you’re wanting to do something to fix something you feel insecure about, I’m a huge advocate for it,” she stated.
Lemieux’s emotional and physical transformation comes after her public announcement of her marriage’s end. In a joint statement shared on Instagram in early December, the couple expressed their mutual respect and commitment to their daughter, Vienna. Despite the split, they pledged to maintain a supportive and compassionate relationship for the sake of their family.
Brennon, who filed for divorce on November 5, nearly a month before the separation was made public, cited “discord or conflict of personalities” as the cause of the breakdown in their marriage. The two have agreed to settle custody and property division matters outside of court, with Brennon requesting to retain assets acquired before their marriage.
As Lemieux embarks on her new journey, she’s embracing the changes in both her life and her appearance with optimism and self-assurance.
