Sachia Vickery Calls Breast Augmentation ‘Best Decision Ever,’ Citing Boob Job for Financial Freedom

Former World No. 78 Sachia Vickery has spoken candidly about her decision to undergo breast augmentation surgery and how it has supported her financially through her OnlyFans platform. The 30-year-old American tennis player has not yet made her first appearance of the new season.

Vickery, who has primarily competed on the ITF circuit in recent years, attempted to qualify for the Australian Open and US Open last year but fell short of reaching the main draws. Despite the challenges on tour, she described her cosmetic procedure as a life-changing decision.

“I guess it made me a lot of money on OnlyFans, that’s for sure. So it was worth the investment. I made this decision years back for myself. My ass is so big, I just wanted to even everything out lol. Best decision I’ve ever made, super happy I did it,” Vickery said.

Vickery first made her mark on the main WTA tour in 2018 by reaching the semifinals at the Monterrey Open and ASB Classic, finishing the year ranked inside the top 101—the highest ranking of her career.

Earlier this year, in a CNN interview, Vickery explained her decision to maintain an OnlyFans account, citing the high costs of pursuing a professional tennis career. “I can tell you, $2 million is absolutely nothing when it comes to tennis. I’ve spent over $100,000 on coaching, fitness, physio, recovery, MRIs—people don’t see that part of it,” she said.

“Having a security blanket, something to do on the side and make good money from, doesn’t hurt. It’s given me a lot of financial freedom, even helping me fund my entire tennis career,” Vickery added. She also criticized the tennis authorities for the lack of financial support for players outside the top 100. “If you don’t want players on OnlyFans, set up a system where you actually pay players outside the top 100 what we deserve,” she argued.

On the court, Vickery reached the last 16 of the Stuttgart Open and the ATX Open in 2024. She notably took a set off World No. 4 Coco Gauff at the Stuttgart Open before losing 6-3, 4-6, 7-5. Despite recent struggles, she remains ranked among the top 600 players worldwide and has not announced retirement from professional tennis or a full-time shift to OnlyFans.

Vickery is among the few professional athletes balancing a career in tennis with a presence on OnlyFans, highlighting the financial pressures many players face outside the sport’s top ranks.
