OnlyFans star Lily Phillips has opened up about the extensive cosmetic procedures she has undergone, revealing that her total spend has reached $60,000.
The adult content creator, who has earned the nickname the “Orgy Queen,” admitted her first major surgery was a labiaplasty in 2021. She described the procedure as “a cosmetic surgical procedure that reshapes or reduces the size of the labia, specifically the labia minora.”
Phillips explained her motivation for the surgery, saying one of her inner lips was longer than the other and felt uneven. “It’s sad because it’s so natural and a lot of people have it, but it’s just personal preference,” she said. The procedure cost $6,700, and she described it as “the best decision I ever made,” noting it lasted only an hour with minimal downtime.
Following her labiaplasty, Phillips underwent a chin implant and liposuction. The chin implant, which cost $18,900, was intended to enhance her side profile. She said, “A lot of people tend to get chin filler, and I got that for a few years, but it would dissolve or migrate.” She acknowledged experiencing significant swelling, which temporarily affected her jaw movement.
In 2024, Phillips had liposuction to sculpt her abdomen and lower back, aiming for an “ab-sketched” look. She described this procedure as her most painful and challenging recovery, costing $16,000. Despite initial discomfort, she said she is now “fairly happy” with the results.
Phillips’ most recent surgery was a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), transferring fat from her legs to enhance her buttocks. While she is satisfied overall, she noted slight unevenness and admitted she might have opted for less fat transfer in hindsight. “It just looks like I got a huge butt and smaller legs,” she said.
Through her candid discussion, Phillips has offered a rare insight into the physical and financial commitment involved in cosmetic surgery, detailing her personal journey from labiaplasty to body contouring procedures.
