Jessi Draper Ngatikaura is giving fans an honest look at her life behind the cameras.
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star spoke candidly about her recent plastic surgery while attending the 2026 Grammy Awards, hosted by Trevor Noah at Los Angeles’ Crypto.com Arena on February 1.
“I just think it’s important to be transparent,” the 33-year-old told Keltie Knight during an exclusive Live From E!: Grammys interview. “I’m still swollen… because not everyone just drinks water and works out and looks 20 years younger, you know?”
Ngatikaura, who shares children Jagger, 5, and Jovi, 3, with her husband Jordan Ngatikaura, revealed that part of her decision to undergo cosmetic procedures stemmed from wanting to keep pace with her younger co-stars. “I’m the oldest on my cast, so I gotta keep up with the young girls,” she said. “And I’m just not afraid to show it because it’s real life.”
Her remarks come after she documented her recovery from multiple facial procedures, including upper and lower blepharoplasty and facial fat grafting. In a January 20 Instagram video, she addressed fan reactions: “Believe it or not, this is actually not how I want to look. A lot of people in the comments are like, ‘She ruined her face, she looks so scary.’ I’m still healing, I’m swollen.”
