Victoria Beckham has long denied undergoing plastic surgery, yet a comparison of her past and recent photos suggests a striking transformation. Fans and observers have particularly noted changes to her nose. A 1997 image shows a slightly wider nose with an upward-turned tip, whereas her 2025 appearance reveals a straighter, slimmer profile.
Despite the visible differences, Beckham has consistently rejected claims of rhinoplasty. Speaking on the “Today” show in 2024, she stated, “There’s been a lot of people in the past that have said to me that I’ve had some kind of surgery on my nose. I have never, ever, ever, ever had anything. No, never.” She attributed her current look to makeup techniques, adding, “It’s clever contouring.” Beckham frequently demonstrates these skills in tutorials featuring her Victoria Beckham Beauty products.
However, not everyone is convinced. A 2022 Reddit thread ranking celebrity nose changes placed Beckham at the top, with some users suggesting that her before images looked less flattering than after. One commenter wrote, “All of them except for Victoria look better in the before pic,” reflecting the skepticism surrounding her claims.
Beckham’s history with cosmetic procedures adds context to the debate. In the 1990s, she underwent breast augmentation but initially denied having implants. In a 2003 interview on BBC1’s Tabloid Tales, she said, “I’m completely natural, except for my fingernails and I have a bit of help with my hair and a bit of a San Tropez (fake tan) going on.” However, court documents from a 2005 libel case revealed she had not been truthful about the procedure.
She later had her implants removed in 2012, a decision she described as part of moving away from her “old WAG image — the big hair, big boobs and fake tan.” In a 2017 letter to her 18-year-old self for British Vogue, Beckham candidly reflected on her past choices: “I should probably say, don’t mess with your boobs. All those years I denied it — stupid. A sign of insecurity. Just celebrate what you’ve got.”
In recent years, Beckham has become more open about non-surgical treatments, acknowledging that she has undergone skin-tightening and laser procedures but avoiding Botox. “I’m not trying to turn back the clock,” she told The Sunday Times in 2023.
