Williams, now 29, became an overnight sensation after winning the first series of The Traitors in December 2022 alongside Hannah Byczkowski and Aaron Evans. Three years on, she says the £33,000 prize fund gave her the freedom to leave her call centre job in Scotland, move from Edinburgh to London and invest in her personal confidence through cosmetic surgery.
Still a fan favourite, Williams said she would welcome the chance to take part in more reality television, with the E4 dating show at the top of her list. Speaking candidly, she admitted she has never been in a relationship and has avoided dating due to fears of being fetishised, having been born with dwarfism.
“I’ve never dated anyone, so I’ve never had a boyfriend,” she said, explaining that her upbringing by a single mother also shaped her independence. As she prepares to turn 30 this year, Williams said she now feels ready to explore dating and put herself first.
Williams also said she would happily return to The Traitors if an All Stars edition were ever commissioned — but with a twist. This time, she wants to play as a Traitor rather than a Faithful. After watching multiple seasons of the show, including the celebrity version, she believes she now has the strategic experience needed for the role.
Beyond The Traitors, Williams said the show has given her the confidence to challenge herself on other formats, including I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and Race Across The World. She admitted that while the prize money was more than her annual salary at the time, winning was not her initial motivation.
Following her success, Williams has been open about undergoing cosmetic procedures, including forehead reduction surgery and later breast implants and an uplift. She said she chose to speak openly on social media to help others considering similar decisions, stressing that her goal was to feel more confident and stop hiding herself.
Now settled in London with her family and dogs, Williams says she feels content and has no further plans for cosmetic surgery. Watching recent seasons of The Traitors, however, has reminded her how intense the experience was — and how much tougher the game has become.
She also reflected on the challenges of sudden fame, admitting it was initially difficult to tell whether attention from strangers was due to her television profile or her stature. Williams praised the BBC’s aftercare and welfare support, as well as host Claudia Winkleman, whom she described as genuinely invested in the contestants as individuals.
Today, Williams divides her time between working as a content creator and volunteering as an ambassador for Borders Pet Rescue. She frequently collaborates with comedian Fats Timbo, who also has dwarfism, creating humorous yet informative content aimed at raising awareness and encouraging understanding.
As her profile continues to grow, Williams says she is focused on living fully, embracing new opportunities and helping to educate the public — all while staying true to herself.
