Cat Burns, star of Celebrity Traitors, has shared her excitement over her first post-surgery appearance in a fitted top, following a breast reduction she underwent last week. The 25-year-old singer revealed the procedure had long been a personal goal due to discomfort from her larger chest.
In a TikTok video, Burns expressed her joy at the results, saying, “I can’t really cope. I got a breast reduction last Wednesday, and this is my first time wearing a tight top!” She added that previously she would compress her chest in extremely tight sports bras, which caused back pain, to hide her figure under baggy clothing.
“Now my body is in proportion, and I don’t know what to do with myself,” Burns laughed, demonstrating her newfound mobility just a week after the surgery. She also noted the change has allowed her to dress differently, moving away from the more masculine clothing she had relied on. “My breasts, I think, were holding me back. Now I can literally wear what I want,” she said.
Sharing her journey online, Burns encouraged others considering the procedure. “If you want to get a breast reduction, I think you should. I think the world will be your oyster. It’s been a week, and I think it’s the best thing I’ve ever done,” she added.

Medical professionals note that cosmetic surgery, including breast augmentation and reduction, has become increasingly mainstream. Stephan Hannan, Clinical Services Director at The Harley Medical Group, told Fabulous that the shift is largely driven by social media visibility and celebrity openness, helping to reduce stigma and make discussions about cosmetic procedures more transparent.
Hannan emphasized the importance of responsible care, stating that every patient, public figure or private individual, should be assessed holistically to ensure the procedure is safe, suitable, and aligned with personal goals rather than external pressures.
