Christina Najjar Opens Up About Breast Implants and Recovery, Opting for a Balanced Look

by Shreeya

Christina Najjar, better known as Tinx, is candid about her latest cosmetic procedure. During an appearance on Jeff Lewis Live on SiriusXM, the podcast host, author, and content creator confirmed she recently underwent breast augmentation. “I did,” she said when asked by Jeff Lewis. “I’m a week out.”

Tinx shared details about her decision, the size she chose, and her recovery, highlighting a growing trend toward smaller, natural-looking results.

Choosing Subtlety Over Size

The It’s Me, Tinx host emphasized she wasn’t seeking a dramatic transformation. “I loved my small boobs,” she said. “I was very into myself. I didn’t feel like I was lacking anything. I always felt sexy with my boobs.” Nevertheless, she was ready for a minor change. “I just thought, you know… why not at this point?”

Starting from an A cup, Tinx opted for a modest increase, confirming her new size is a B cup. “I just wanted to have a little bit more fullness,” she explained. “Like me, but a little more full.”

Why Smaller, Balanced Implants Are Trending

Tinx’s choice reflects a broader aesthetic trend in breast augmentation. Often referred to as “ballerina boobs” or “yoga boobs,” the style prioritizes proportion, softness, and a natural appearance. The trend, which gained popularity in 2025, continues into 2026 as more people seek subtle enhancements over dramatic changes.

For Tinx, maintaining her signature no-bra style was important. “I like to wear no bra,” she said. “I think it’s sexy to wear a little T-shirt with no bra.” She made this preference clear to her surgeon during the planning process.

Recovery Exceeded Expectations

Recovery, Tinx said, has been easier than anticipated. “Honestly, I did painkillers for like two days, and then I was fine,” she shared. The more challenging part, she added, was slowing down. “I’m a busy body, I like to be out, and I don’t like to be in the house, so I’ve been a little stir crazy, just trying to rest.”

Tinx’s approach underscores a shift in cosmetic trends toward personalized, natural results that enhance rather than transform, reflecting her signature blend of confidence and authenticity.
