Lala Kent, star of Vanderpump Rules, is set to undergo a revision of her breast augmentation surgery, nearly four years after her last procedure. The reality TV personality shared the news on the January 14 episode of her Untraditionally Lala podcast, explaining that changes in her body following childbirth prompted the decision.
“I’m getting new boobs!” Kent announced, emphasizing both aesthetic and health-related reasons for the surgery. The mother, who gave birth to her daughter in 2024, revealed that her right implant has become concave and shifted upward toward her collarbone, a condition known as capsular contracture, which occurs when the body begins to reject the implant over time.
Kent, a breast cancer survivor, explained that while she loved her original implants, postpartum changes left her feeling uncomfortable with her body. “Physically, my breasts aren’t acting right,” she said. “They fed two babies, which I’m very proud of, but I just don’t feel confident with them.”
Despite anticipating criticism for opting for cosmetic surgery, Kent was candid about her decision. “Most of you are gonna be like, ‘Then you shouldn’t have implants.’ I’m sorry. I refuse to have my nipples down to my belly button, OK?” she joked.
Kent has long been open about her cosmetic procedures, including Botox, lip fillers, and previous breast augmentations. She also recently survived a rare medical scare during a Hawaii vacation, when painful boils developed on her chest and back. After treatment with steroids and antibiotics, she recovered fully and shared the experience with her trademark humor.
The upcoming breast augmentation revision highlights Kent’s focus on both personal confidence and health, as she navigates life as a postpartum mother.
