British model and television personality Rhian Sugden has delighted fans after sharing a striking new lingerie photo following her recent £10,000 breast reduction surgery.
The 39-year-old posted the image on social media, showing herself kneeling against a wall in a rosy red lingerie set, smiling confidently as she highlighted her slimmer, more balanced figure. The post quickly drew attention from followers, many of whom praised her appearance and self-assurance.
Alongside the photo, Sugden wrote a light-hearted caption referencing enjoying wine while revealing that the lingerie had been gifted by Ann Summers. The brand collaboration and her relaxed tone helped the post gain further traction, with comments flooding in within minutes.
Fans were quick to offer compliments, describing her as “fabulous” and applauding the results of her surgery, which she has previously spoken about openly.
Sugden underwent a breast reduction last summer after her cup size increased from a DD/E to a GG following the birth of her son, George, in December 2023. She revealed that surgeons removed around 500 grams from each breast, a change she said has significantly eased the strain on her back and improved her overall comfort.
The model has also shared that pregnancy and gravity had caused her nipples to sit noticeably lower, something the procedure corrected. Since the operation, she says her quality of life has improved dramatically, allowing her to exercise — including taking up running — and to wear a wider range of clothing without discomfort or restriction.
Calling the surgery “one of the best decisions” of her life, Sugden said the physical recovery was far easier than she had feared and that the boost to her confidence has been just as important as the physical relief.
She has since encouraged other women who may be considering similar surgery not to feel guilty about choosing comfort and self-confidence, saying it is sometimes necessary to prioritise feeling like yourself again.
