Rachel Uchitel is candidly showcasing the results of her recent cosmetic procedure, sharing unfiltered bikini photos from a beach photo shoot just days after tying the knot.
The 50-year-old host of the popular Miss Understood with Rachel Uchitel podcast took to social media on Tuesday, January 6, to reveal the outcome of a so-called “skinny BBL,” a non-surgical butt enhancement using dermal fillers. Posting images without filters or strategic angles, Uchitel said she wanted to be transparent about the procedure and the reasons behind her decision to undergo it.
“Let’s talk about my butt,” Uchitel wrote in her caption. “No angles, no tricks. What you’re seeing is exactly how my body looks in real life with an Amazon bikini.” The media personality posed in a green string bikini with her back to the camera and even performed a handstand by the ocean to highlight her newly enhanced silhouette.
Uchitel, who rose to public attention more than a decade ago during the Tiger Woods scandal, explained that openness was important to her. “I know people get weird about admitting they’ve had work done, but I’m just going to say it,” she shared, adding that she hoped her honesty might help other women feel more confident in their own bodies.
Before opting for injections performed by celebrity cosmetic surgeon Dr. Robert Dorfman, Uchitel said she explored multiple alternatives, including rigorous workouts and a healthy diet. Despite exercising at least four times a week, she said she was unable to achieve the lift and shape she wanted naturally.
She also consulted several leading plastic surgeons about a traditional Brazilian butt lift but was told she lacked sufficient fat for transfer and would face significant downtime and scarring. Seeking a more subtle and less invasive option ahead of her wedding to businessman Dan Donovan, Uchitel ultimately chose dermal fillers, which she said provided a natural, athletic look without surgery.
According to Uchitel, the procedure required no incisions and virtually no recovery time. “I flew to New York and was out with a new butt in less than half an hour,” she said, noting that the results feel natural and are expected to last up to three years.
The newlywed concluded her post by celebrating a renewed sense of confidence. “My butt hasn’t looked this good since I was 21 — and I’m 50,” she wrote, jokingly adding that her husband can confirm the results feel “completely real.”
Uchitel and Donovan, 58, exchanged vows on December 31, 2025, at their newly renovated home in Palm Beach, Florida. Speaking to People shortly after the ceremony, Uchitel described the wedding as warm and energetic rather than overly formal, with 130 guests joining the couple for celebrations that included a welcome party and time aboard their 48-foot yacht.
