Brittany Snow is directly addressing speculation about her appearance and making it clear that plastic surgery is not part of her story.
The Hunting Wives actress, 39, publicly responded over the weekend to rumors suggesting she had undergone cosmetic surgery. The speculation stemmed from a Nov. 6 Instagram video posted by influencer and cosmetic injector Molly Bailey, which compared past and present photos of Snow alongside other female celebrities under the caption, “We’re not anti-aging, we’re pro Botox.”
As comments circulated implying that Snow had surgically altered her looks, the actress stepped in to set the record straight. “I’ve never had any surgery, not one,” Snow wrote beneath the post. “No nose job (people have told me I needed one! But no), no eyelids, no facelift. Nothing.”
Snow went on to explain that changes in her appearance are the result of natural factors rather than invasive procedures. She cited losing “baby weight” from her face, limited use of Botox, and laser treatments as contributing elements. “Just for the record,” she added.
Bailey later acknowledged Snow’s response in a follow-up Instagram post, praising her openness and writing, “There’s nothing we love more than a transparent queen and some Botox.”
Snow’s candid clarification aligns with her broader history of speaking openly about body image. In a recent cover interview with Self, she reflected on how early exposure to Hollywood beauty standards shaped her self-perception. “All I wanted was someone to tell me what they were doing so that I could do it too,” she said.
By her teenage years, Snow admitted she struggled deeply with self-acceptance. “I couldn’t even be naked around myself,” she revealed. “I had so much disdain for my body. I only saw the things that were wrong with me.”
