Columbia Mental Health has opened two new outpatient clinics in Northern Virginia, expanding access to mental health care in Manassas and Falls Church.
The Manassas clinic is located at 8551 Rixlew Lane, Fourth Floor, while the Falls Church clinic operates at 6400 Arlington Boulevard, Suite 1000, on the 10th floor. Both locations are open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The new clinics provide personalized, evidence-based mental health services, including therapy, psychiatry, and medication management. Care is available for a wide range of conditions, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Services are offered to children, adolescents, and adults.
Care teams include licensed therapists, board-certified psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Clinicians are trained in multiple evidence-based treatment approaches and develop individualized care plans based on each patient’s needs.
“With everything happening in the world today, mental health challenges can feel overwhelming,” said Dr. Keshia Ross, clinic director in Manassas. “More people recognize that mental well-being is essential to overall health. Our Manassas and Falls Church clinics aim to serve as trusted community partners for those seeking care.”
In addition to traditional outpatient services, Columbia Mental Health offers interventional treatments for depression that are not widely available in the region. These include transcranial magnetic stimulation, a non-drug therapy that uses magnetic pulses to stimulate brain areas involved in mood regulation, and Spravato, an FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray for adults with treatment-resistant depression.
Columbia Mental Health operates multiple locations across Virginia and the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. The organization accepts most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare at many sites, helping reduce financial barriers to care. Columbia Mental Health has served individuals and families in the region for more than 30 years.
