The device is designed specifically to help surgeons safely and quickly remove ruptured silicone breast implants during surgery, aiming to make the process less messy and more efficient.
Explant Express operates by connecting to standard suction equipment already present in operating rooms, so there is no need for new or special machinery. Its ergonomic, non-slip handle fits hands of all sizes, making it easier for doctors to use during different surgical procedures. The device quickly removes ruptured silicone implants and keeps the operating area clean by reducing the amount of silicone gel that escapes during removal.
