Kaley Cuoco, known for her role on “The Big Bang Theory,” has again spoken candidly about her experiences with cosmetic surgery, including her history with breast implants. Speaking on the “Not Skinny But Not Fat” podcast hosted by Amanda Hirsch, Cuoco discussed how her views on plastic surgery have evolved, and revealed some personal details about her procedures.

Cuoco first got breast implants in 2004 when she was 18. She said that looking back, it was “the best decision” she ever made. Now, more than two decades later, she shared that she is currently on her second pair of implants. Cuoco even joked that she would be open to a third pair in the future. She pointed out that as time goes by, those who get breast implants at a young age may need replacements.

Medical professionals agree that breast implants do not last forever. Dr. Mark Jewell, a plastic surgeon from Eugene, Oregon, explained that while modern implants should last for many years, there is still a possibility they may need to be replaced, especially given possible rupture rates. Dr. Robert Singer, a plastic surgeon from California, added that regular check-ups and imaging tests can help monitor the condition of implants and help women avoid complications.

Cuoco, who has also been open about her other cosmetic procedures such as rhinoplasty and fillers, encourages honesty about personal choices when it comes to plastic surgery. She recounted a humorous story from the period when she first tried neurotoxins, noting how it affected her facial movements during filming. After the experience, she adjusted where she receives such treatments and highlighted her preference for using them in specific areas, like her crow’s feet and neck.

By being transparent with her followers, Cuoco has set herself apart as one of the celebrities willing to discuss cosmetic enhancements openly. Her approach helps to normalize conversations about cosmetic surgery and the choices individuals make about their own bodies.
