Travis Scott has ignited online chatter after fans claimed a lyric in his latest song appears to reference Kylie Jenner’s breast implants, a cosmetic detail the reality star publicly disclosed last year.
The apparent nod comes in Scott’s featured verse on “Rosary,” a track from Don Toliver’s newly released album OCTANE, which dropped on Friday, January 30. Shortly after the song’s release, listeners zeroed in on a specific line that many believe alludes to Jenner’s previously revealed implant measurements.
In the verse, Scott raps: “She look at me like Scotty, man, that S on my chest (Scott, yeah) / Forty-four five C, the way they sit, I need to test (Straight up).” Fans were quick to connect the phrase “Forty-four five C” to the exact implant size Jenner shared publicly, sparking speculation that the lyric is a subtle reference to Scott’s former partner.
Jenner disclosed the details in June 2025 while responding to a TikTok comment praising the natural appearance of her breasts. A fan asked how she achieved the look, prompting Jenner to reply candidly in the comments. She wrote that she opted for “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle” silicone implants and also named Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher as the doctor who performed the procedure.
Scott and Jenner’s relationship dates back to April 2017. After initially splitting in 2019, the pair briefly reunited while quarantining together during the COVID-19 pandemic before ending their romantic relationship for good in 2023. Despite the breakup, they have remained on amicable terms and continue to co-parent their two children, Stormi and Aire.
