The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe Brockett has revealed she is preparing to undergo cosmetic surgery once again, confirming plans for her third breast procedure.
The 25-year-old reality TV personality shared the news with her followers on Instagram, where she addressed questions during a candid online Q&A. Responding to speculation about whether she was planning a breast reduction, Chloe was quick to clarify her intentions.
“No, not a reduction — more of an uplift,” she explained. “My doctor has planned it in a way that means minimal scarring, which has always been something that put me off.”
She added that the procedure would also include “bigger and more high-profile implants,” marking another step in her ongoing cosmetic journey.
Chloe has long been open about her experiences with aesthetic treatments and body confidence. She previously underwent her first breast augmentation in 2020, followed by a second operation a year later.
At the age of 21, the reality star chose to have implants after feeling self-conscious about her chest size, describing herself at the time as “flat-chested” despite being a C cup. Following the surgery, she revealed she had opted for 355cc implants, hoping to achieve a larger DD cup.
Explaining her decision, Chloe said she felt her proportions were unbalanced. “I’ve got a really big bum and quite curvy thighs, and on top I’ve always been quite flat,” she previously shared. “I thought getting boobs would make me more hourglass. It wasn’t a decision I made lightly.”
She later admitted to undergoing further surgery to achieve a more natural appearance and now says her latest procedure is part of an effort to maintain a youthful look.
Despite regularly discussing cosmetic enhancements, Chloe has stressed that she does not promote surgery to others. Speaking previously, she said: “I am in no way an advocate for surgery before anyone moans at me. But it’s my body and my choices.”
