Sue Radford has shared the health supplement she credits for her recent three-stone weight loss, responding to speculation that she may have relied on weight-loss injections.
The mother-of-22, who recently turned 50, has openly documented her transformation on social media, prompting questions from fans about how she achieved such dramatic results.
In an Instagram Story, Sue revealed she has been taking Vegavero Berberine tablets, priced at £24.99 on Amazon. The supplement contains 97% berberine, along with fermented black garlic, piperine, and chromium, ingredients believed to enhance berberine’s effects on metabolism and fat burning.
“Lots of you asking what I’m taking, so here’s the link for you,” she wrote alongside a photo of the tablets.
Berberine works by activating an enzyme called AMPK (AMP-activated protein kinase), which helps regulate energy, boost metabolism, and support fat burning. Thousands of Amazon reviews report positive results, with users noting reduced sugar cravings and better appetite control.
Sue has also denied claims that she has been using weight-loss injections. Speaking to The Mirror, she said: “I think because so many people are taking them now, they automatically assume you are – but no, I haven’t. I turned 50 last year, and it was a big turning point. My weight had been creeping up, I was eating too many junk foods and snacks in the evening, and I wanted to do something about it.”
An insider also told that Sue would not consider injections due to her daughter Ellie’s struggle with Gilbert’s Syndrome, a hereditary liver condition that affects weight management.
Sue’s weight loss journey also involves significant lifestyle changes. She has eliminated sugar, pasta, bread, snacks, and junk food from her diet and practices intermittent fasting from 7pm to 1pm. She also maintains a daily gym routine to support her fitness and overall health.
