Blac Chyna has revealed she is entering what she describes as a “different way” of life after undergoing surgery to reduce both her breasts and buttocks, marking a significant shift in her personal and physical transformation.
The 34-year-old reality TV star shared a series of videos on social media documenting what she called a “life-changing journey,” explaining her decision to return to surgery as part of a broader effort to redefine her identity. In the first clip posted Monday, Chyna said she was at her doctor’s office and ready to remove the silicone injections she received years earlier.
“As y’all know, I’ve been changing my life and changing my ways,” she said. “So one of the things that I feel is gonna take me to the next level is obviously taking some of these ass shots out.”
In a follow-up video, the former Rob & Chyna star said she also opted to reduce her breast size, noting she had outgrown that phase of her life. “I’ve passed that stage. I’ve been there, done that,” she said. “This is actually my fifth time, hopefully my last time, getting my breasts done.”
Chyna, whose birth name is Angela White, said the surgeries are part of a larger journey to reclaim her sense of self. She also used the opportunity to warn others about the risks associated with silicone injections, which she received at age 19 to enhance her buttocks.
“I just want all the ladies out there to know, do not get silicone shots because you can get sick, you can die, have complications and all this other crazy stuff,” she said. Although she noted she had not experienced major health issues, she added that the decision to remove the material was about moving forward in life. “Now I’m moving up in life, so I want this out of my ass so I can grow.”
In a recent interview, Chyna said her children were a major catalyst for her transformation. She shares 10-year-old son King Cairo with rapper Tyga and 6-year-old daughter Dream with Rob Kardashian. She has also spoken publicly about exploring sobriety and deactivating her OnlyFans account.
“I’m just changing everything about me,” she said on The Jason Lee Show. “People that I had to cut off, certain business relationships I had to cut off, different ways of making income I had to cut off. So I just wanted to really focus on me.” She added that she wants to set a positive example for her children, saying, “At a certain age, they see and gravitate to everything. All that stuff is a dead end and I know that I’m worth way more than that.”
While the process has been challenging, Chyna said it has also been deeply rewarding. In the final video of her Instagram carousel, recorded three days after the operation, she appeared in recovery with bandages and expressed relief and happiness.
“I’m very, very, very, very happy. I’m in recovery mode right now,” she said, calling the reductions “one of the best decisions,” despite the lengthy and complicated procedure. She revealed that the surgery lasted more than eight and a half hours due to issues caused by the silicone mass. “Whatever that was in my buttocks, it kept clogging the machine and breaking it,” she explained.
As she continues to recover, Chyna has also shared updates on other lifestyle changes, including her decision to “retire the long sharp nails.” On Monday, she posted a photo of her natural nails, saying she felt “so free” without the stiletto style.
“They no longer serve my purpose,” she wrote, signing the post with her birth name. She also shared an inspirational message with her followers: “You all have the power to heal your life, and you need to know that.”
