Love Is Blind Star Alexa Lemieux Reveals Breast Augmentation Surgery as She Reclaims Confidence After Divorce

Love Is Blind alum Alexa Lemieux has opened up about undergoing breast augmentation surgery, sharing details of her procedure and recovery as she enters a new chapter in her life.

The 31-year-old Netflix personality revealed the news in a TikTok video posted on Tuesday, January 13, where she documented her post-surgery routine while explaining her decision. “My girls got a little makeover,” Lemieux wrote, tagging her plastic surgeon and adding in the caption that she was discussing her breast surgery.

Lemieux shared that she was five days post-operation at the time of filming and already feeling close to her usual self. Wearing a surgical bra as she prepared for bed, she explained that she underwent both a breast lift and implant placement, noting that the recovery process has been easier than she anticipated.

The reality star said she had been considering the procedure since she stopped breastfeeding her 17-month-old daughter, Vienna, explaining that her body changed after pregnancy. While she initially planned to wait until she was finished having children, Lemieux said shifting life circumstances prompted her to move forward sooner.

In December 2025, Us Weekly confirmed that Lemieux’s husband and Love Is Blind season 3 costar, Brennon Lemieux, filed for divorce, citing irreconcilable differences and a breakdown of the marriage. The couple, who married in June 2021 during the show’s third season, welcomed their daughter in July 2024.

Addressing the emotional backdrop of the surgery, Alexa said she has been focusing on healing internally through therapy while also choosing to do something positive for herself physically. She explained that she attended multiple consultations before selecting her surgeon and emphasized that she wanted a natural-looking result that suited her frame.

Lemieux revealed she opted for under-the-muscle implants sized at 425 cubic centimeters and said she is pleased with the early results. She described the procedure as part of a broader personal journey, adding that it has helped restore confidence she felt she had lost during a challenging period in her life.

Now looking ahead, Lemieux said her priority remains being the best mother she can be while stepping into this next phase feeling more self-assured. She also shared practical advice about recovery, noting that while she was able to care for her daughter on her own after the first day, she would recommend having help during the first three days post-surgery, which she found to be the most difficult.

As she continues to heal, Lemieux said she is excited to see the final results and embrace this new chapter with renewed confidence.
