Rhian Sugden has proudly showcased her post-surgery transformation, modeling for Ann Summers in sexy lace lingerie just months after undergoing a breast reduction.
The 39-year-old former Page 3 star looked radiant in a red lace two-piece and a daring purple bodysuit, sharing sizzling photos on Instagram while celebrating her renewed confidence. Captioning one post, she joked: “Here’s a bit of cheese to go with all the wine I’ve been drinking. Ann Summers gifting the goods again.”
Last year, Sugden underwent surgery to reduce her cup size from 32HH to 32E, a procedure she has since described as “one of the best decisions” of her life. She previously explained that her large breasts were causing severe back pain and making everyday activities like walking and swimming difficult.
In an Instagram post documenting her journey, Sugden shared topless photos showing her body before, two weeks after, and several weeks post-surgery. She wrote: “From sagging to bragging… all still natural, just lifted and reduced. Four sizes smaller (I say small) – I wanted them kept on the larger side. My scarring is fading so well too!”
While many fans celebrated her decision, Sugden admitted she also faced backlash from some who criticized the surgery. “It’s been wild… some people are absolutely devastated,” she said. Even her husband of seven years, Oliver Mellor, initially struggled with the change but later supported her choice, appreciating the relief it brought from her chronic back pain.
Sugden first rose to fame in 2006 as a Page 3 model, securing lucrative deals including a £100,000 appearance on Celebrity Big Brother in 2012. She has since discussed how her career sometimes led fans to feel an ownership over her body, particularly her breasts.
The model, mother to one-year-old son George, shared that her nipples had dropped 11cm due to post-pregnancy changes and gravity, making the reduction both a cosmetic and functional decision. “Bikinis, I can’t even find one to get into… my back aches constantly. Having this reduction is literally going to change my life,” she explained.
Now fully recovered, Sugden continues to celebrate her post-surgery confidence, sharing glimpses of her figure and embracing her new lifestyle.
