Former 90 Day Fiancé star Chantel Everett has shared an update on her breast reduction surgery, revealing dramatic before-and-after results four months after the procedure.
On Tuesday, Jan. 6, the Family Chantel alum posted two side-by-side photos on social media, showing herself in a blue bra to highlight the transformation. The surgery was performed by Dr. Aisha Baron, MD, in Atlanta, Georgia. In the comments, Everett said she was “very” happy with the outcome, prompting an outpouring of support from friends and fans.
Fellow 90 Day Fiancé star Tiffany Franco praised Everett’s appearance, writing, “You look amazing and I hope you’re feeling amazing,” to which Everett replied with a grateful message and a red heart emoji. Fans echoed the sentiment, with one commenting, “I’m so happy for you. I’m happy you are comfortable and happy in your own skin,” while another added simply, “You look amazing!”
Everett first announced her decision to undergo breast reduction surgery in September 2025, documenting her journey in a video shared on Sept. 24. At the time, she explained that the procedure was motivated by health and comfort concerns.
“I decided to move forward with this surgery because of my comfort and my health,” she said. “Right now, I’m feeling excited and nervous, but more than anything, grateful to finally be on the journey to healing and feeling like the best version of myself.”
The reality TV personality rose to prominence on Season 4 of 90 Day Fiancé alongside then-fiancé Pedro Jimeno. Their intercultural relationship—from Jimeno’s arrival in Atlanta on a K-1 visa to the challenges of married life—quickly became one of the franchise’s most talked-about storylines. The couple later appeared on multiple spin-offs, including 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? and 90 Day Fiancé: Self-Quarantined, before starring in their own series, The Family Chantel.
The Family Chantel aired for five seasons from 2019 to 2023, chronicling the couple’s marriage and the family tensions that ultimately led to their divorce in 2022.
Since then, Everett has continued to appear across the franchise, including 90 Day Diaries and 90 Day: Hunt for Love, while focusing on personal growth and new relationships. She recently found love again with musician Ashley Bowen, who proposed on Dec. 17 at Uhuburg Castle in Helen, Georgia.
