Hudson Williams, one of the breakout stars of Heated Rivalry, is quickly becoming as known for his flawless complexion as he is for his on-screen chemistry. The Crave original series, adapted from a novel by Rachel Reid, has drawn attention for its emotional intensity and steamy storytelling—but for many viewers, Williams’ smooth, poreless skin has become a talking point in its own right.
At just 24, Williams credits a mix of genetics and disciplined skin-care habits for his appearance. The Canadian actor, who is half Korean, says his early exposure to beauty rituals played a decisive role. Raised by a mother and aunts who emphasized daily skin care, Williams describes those lessons as foundational. “My interest in beauty was always bound to be there,” he said, noting that one aunt regularly gifts him skin-care products for birthdays and holidays.
Williams’ commitment to skin health has even begun influencing his co-star Connor Storrie. While Storrie was initially resistant—famously skipping sunscreen—Williams says his habits are rubbing off. He recently spotted sunscreen in Storrie’s bathroom, calling it a small but meaningful victory in their friendly, competitive dynamic.
The actor follows an extensive yet intentional routine rooted in Korean beauty principles. In the mornings, Williams prioritizes gentle cleansing, often avoiding harsh products and relying on oil cleansers, water rinses, and tools like gua sha to reduce puffiness. He favors lightweight toners, centella-based ampoules, and minimal moisturizer, aiming for a natural, rested look rather than an overly glossy finish. Sunscreen, he emphasizes, is non-negotiable.
In the evenings, Williams focuses on deeper cleansing and targeted treatments. Oil cleansers, clay masks, retinol, peptides, and occasional exfoliating serums form the backbone of his nighttime regimen. Sheet masks and calming creams are reserved for days when his skin feels stressed or inflamed, while pimple patches are his go-to for breakouts.
Beyond skin care, Williams is proactive about hair preservation, using microneedling tools, minoxidil, and red-light therapy as preventative measures. He is equally meticulous about lip care, fitness, and nutrition, noting that a diet rich in leafy greens can visibly improve his complexion in a matter of days.
While open to future cosmetic treatments, Williams remains cautious. He says injectables such as fillers do not yet appeal to him, though he may consider Botox in his 30s or more advanced procedures later in life as techniques improve.
Ultimately, Williams frames beauty as a holistic practice rather than a vanity project. From breathwork and stress management to supplements and sleep, he views skin health as closely tied to overall well-being—a philosophy that appears to be paying off both on and off screen.
