Lizzo turned heads on the red carpet at the Los Angeles premiere of Paris Hilton’s documentary, Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir, rocking a striking, skin-tight pink ensemble that showcased her curvy transformation. The pop star exuded confidence and radiance as she posed for photographers at AMC The Grove.
Since January 2023, Lizzo has undergone a notable transformation, lowering her body fat by 16% and reducing her BMI by 10.5 points, largely through a diet focused on satisfying and flavorful meals. Her recent look at the premiere highlighted the results of her disciplined fitness routine, which includes thrice-weekly workouts, cardio, pickleball, hiking, and beach walks.
Completing her “Barbie Girl” aesthetic, Lizzo accessorized with sparkling hooped earrings, strappy heels, and styled her hair in a high ponytail cascading past her shoulders.
The Good as Hell singer has previously shared that her motivation for losing weight stemmed from frustration over her figure overshadowing her musical talents. In a November 2025 Substack post titled, “Why is everybody losing weight and what do we do? Sincerely, a person who’s lost weight,” Lizzo explained, “People could not see my talent as a musician because they were too busy accusing me of making ‘being fat’ my whole personality.”
She further addressed the pressures faced by plus-size women in media, writing, “I had to actively work against ‘mammy’ tropes by being hypersexual and vulgar because being a mammy by definition is being desexualized. And that’s the reality that nobody wants to talk about. We’re in an era where the bigger girls are getting smaller because they’re tired of being judged.”
Despite her recent weight loss, Lizzo emphasized her continued pride in her body, stating, “I am still a proud big girl. Objectively Big. Over 200 pounds. And I love myself as much as I’ve loved myself, no matter what the scale says.”
Earlier in 2025, the four-time Grammy winner revealed that she has embraced intuitive eating, allowing her body to guide her choices. “If your body wants salty, crunchy chips, go eat some chips or eat a pickle. If your body wants sweets, eat them cookies. If your body wants bread, eat the bread. If your body wants butter, eat the butter,” she told Women’s Health.
Lizzo also shared that her diet now emphasizes protein and vegetables, avoiding heavily processed foods. After a trip to Japan, she reintroduced animal protein slowly and crafted a menu that nourishes her while supporting her health goals. “If it has a lot of chemicals in it, that ain’t doing s*** for you. Avoid those kinds of foods like the plague,” she said.
Through her journey, Lizzo continues to balance body positivity with personal health, redefining public perceptions of beauty while celebrating her achievements both on and off the stage.
