Brandi Glanville, former star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, shared her latest transformation on Instagram amid her ongoing struggle with a mysterious facial parasite. In a post on January 26, Glanville credited Dr. Nicholas Nikolov and CellSound Aesthetics for helping her achieve the new look.
“Thank you Dr. Nicholas Nikolov [for] the amazing CellSound,” she wrote, “and for preparing me for The Sundance Film Festival & looking forward PBM Princess movie event at Kemo Sabe.” The 53-year-old reality star appeared in the post wearing a baseball cap, giving a playful pout beside a staff member.
CellSound Aesthetics, the company Glanville tagged, offers non-invasive facial and body treatments. The procedure represents the latest effort in Glanville’s long and costly battle with the condition, which she has been publicly addressing since 2023.
In an interview with Us Weekly last April, Glanville revealed she had spent over six figures—more than $113,000—on treatments for the unidentified parasite. She admitted the toll has been heavier on her mental health than her finances.
“I’m out of funds,” she said. “I’m online every day, going down a different rabbit hole. It’s exhausting. It’s all-consuming.”
The star, who shares sons Mason, 22, and Jake, 18, with ex-husband Eddie Cibrian, explained that the condition has not only persisted but appears to be spreading.
“It’s moving down my body, like, literally in my neck now moving on my left shoulder [and] down my arm,” Glanville said. “I have to get up, I have to stretch, I have to get in a hot tub. I have a routine and it sucks.”
Despite the challenges, Glanville hopes that speaking openly about her experience will help others facing similar struggles.
“I just wanna find a doctor who makes it his mission to help me,” she said. “And not just me, [but] these other poor women who have been going through this for so long, and men, too. I’ve had a couple men reach out. I feel for them, like, I know exactly what they’re talking about and the pressure in their head, how they feel it’s gonna explode.”
