Lala Kent is candidly sharing her experience with her body after welcoming two children.
“I love being pregnant. It’s my most favorite thing, so I want to experience it again,” the 35-year-old reality star said on the January 16 episode of iHeartRadio’s An Unlikely Affair podcast. “But since my second baby, my stomach — depending on how I move — it’s a little creepy. And I don’t want anyone to be like, ‘Oh, shut the f*** up.’ I’m being vulnerable right now.”
Kent, best known for Vanderpump Rules, emphasized that insecurities about body image affect everyone, regardless of fame or wealth.
“No matter who you are, what you look like, we all sit here and look at ourselves and go, ‘I don’t love this,’” she explained. “I get nervous. The third one, we’re gonna have a real granny issue happening.”
During the podcast, Kent opened up about exploring cosmetic surgery options, including a potential breast augmentation. Kent, who shares 4-year-old Ocean with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett and recently welcomed 16-month-old Sosa via sperm donor, described her post-nursing body in playful terms.
“I look like the Grinch. You know he has, like, a little ass with a pot belly and little boobs,” she joked. “I did inquire about a boob job. She’s calling me today. I’m very excited.”
Kent’s podcast cohost and friend, Ambyr Childers, 37, who also has two children with Emmett, shared that she has considered getting a Brazilian butt lift (BBL).
“I just don’t want to do any more squats,” Childers joked. “I hate leg days.”
Kent noted the risks associated with cosmetic procedures, but Childers was optimistic. “I’m willing to take the risk. I mean, I just want, like, three or four inches. That makes a big difference,” she said. Kent added, “Well, if you’re getting a BBL, so am I. … I’m trying to actually look like Cardi B, but that’s fine. I want to have my pants custom made because my thigh-to-ass-to-torso ratio is that wild.”
Earlier this month, Kent and Childers launched their iHeartRadio podcast. While both women share a connection through Emmett, Kent assured fans the show is about much more than their shared past.
“I think the one thing I want people to take away from the podcast is this is not a podcast that is going to be talking about he whose name we shall not mention,” Kent told Us Weekly at iHeartRadio’s 102.7 KIISFM Jingle Ball in December 2025. “Of course that’s how she and I know each other, but it’s more about the relationship and us coparenting and sex and dating and being single as a 35-year-old and a 30-something.”
Kent described the podcast as refreshingly honest. “We call it what it is in this podcast. She was the wife, I was the mistress. It’s very uncommon, it’s untraditional and it’s f***ing wonderful. I cannot wait to just share our stories on this podcast and where we are now.”
