Tracy Tutor Shares Progress in Recovery After Facelift and Neck Lift, Emphasizes Self-Care and Patience

Tracy Tutor, star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, is taking a careful approach to her recovery following recent plastic surgery procedures. The real estate agent confirmed last week that she is healing steadily after undergoing a facelift, neck lift, and brow lift performed by celebrity surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond.

The West Coast native has been sharing updates on her Instagram, including candid photos of her post-operative results, while emphasizing the importance of rest and patience during the recovery process.

“[Dr. Diamond] has been with me every step of the way, with my questions, concerns, and crazy ideas, but mostly I feel like he is invested in me as much as I am,” Tutor wrote, alongside a photo showing her facial bruising. She added, “I have moments where I feel fantastic and ready to get back to work and life. More often than not, that euphoric feeling passes, and I’m reminded that I am not superwoman and need to heal at the rate my body needs.”

As part of her recovery, Tutor has been visiting Beverly Hills wellness center Remedy Place for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The treatment, which delivers concentrated oxygen to the body, is designed to help reduce bruising and accelerate healing. She shared on Instagram, “I have been militant about the hyperbaric chamber… I still have some bruising, which I am not shocked about because I bruise easily. So the oxygen should help with healing the bruising faster.”

Tutor is also supplementing her recovery with vitamin infusions, lymphatic massages, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) treatments. Despite her determination to return to work, she admitted it has been challenging to remain inactive.

“I am not a good patient because the second I feel remotely better, I’m ready to get back to work,” she confessed. “I promised myself that I would commit to a full 10 days of recovery to not get ahead of where I truly am versus where I think I am… At the moment, I am refraining from taking work calls until next week and will filter in work as my healing progresses.”

This is not the first time Tutor has addressed scrutiny about her appearance. In 2020, she responded to critics claiming she had “too much Botox or surgery,” clarifying that while she had used Botox and fillers, she had not undergone invasive facial surgery at that time.

“To be clear… I have not had any plastic surgery on my face,” she wrote. “And to be abundantly clear, if I wanted to get plastic surgery, who the hell are you to judge what makes me feel better about myself. Thx and goodnight.”
