The 29-year-old athlete made her comeback after a nine-month hiatus caused by a persistent inner-ear condition that affected her balance. During her time away, Dodin underwent breast augmentation surgery—a decision she had considered for several years.

Cosmetic surgery among active athletes, particularly in physically demanding sports like tennis, remains rare. Dodin has been candid about her choice, framing it as a personal milestone rather than a career-driven decision. She addressed concerns that the procedure might affect her mobility or performance, stating confidently in an interview with RMC Sport:
“Everyone told me, ‘You won’t be able to play,’ as if I’d put watermelons in there. They’re not small, but they don’t bother me when I play. There are special sports bras.”
Dodin worked closely with her surgeon to ensure the implants would not interfere with her playing style, making her one of the first active players to openly discuss such a procedure while competing professionally.

Following her return, Dodin announced a partnership with subscription-based platform OnlyFans, signaling a shift in her commercial strategy. Currently ranked No. 821, Dodin played her last match on December 9, losing to world No. 326 Tiphanie Lemaitre 7-6(4), 6-2 in the first round of the Open BLS De Limoges. This year, she has achieved a 5-6 win-loss record across several tournaments, including a quarterfinal appearance at W35 Reims-Cotentin and strong showings at Angers, Poitiers, Petange, and Limoges.
