Jennifer Fessler, star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, has shared the results of her recent nose job and facelift, highlighting a growing trend of over-40 patients seeking cosmetic enhancements.
The 55-year-old reality TV personality turned to double board-certified facial plastic surgeon Dr. Sam Rizk, who has more than 25 years of experience, to achieve a more youthful appearance. Fessler detailed her decision and experience in a feature for Allure, which was shared on Instagram on December 23 under the headline, “Would You Get a Nose Job in Your 50s?”
“More and more people are… sometimes right along with their facelifts,” the post noted, underscoring the rising interest in facial cosmetic procedures among older adults.
Fessler, who underwent a deep plane facelift at age 54, added a nose job to her procedure. “My nose had always been somewhat prominent, but it felt proportional. Something changed as I entered my 50s,” she explained. Reflecting on her decision, Jennifer admitted, “I felt like my nose was spreading across my face, and I just couldn’t get a good picture … All I could see was jowls, neck, and nose.”
Despite seeking refinement, Fessler emphasized she wanted her features to remain natural. “My nose is still, you know, when I say big, I don’t mean it in a bad way. It just is — I have big features, so it fits,” she said.
Jennifer described her recovery as smooth, noting she “breezed through” the process and was attending a Super Bowl party just a week and a half after surgery. She also shared before-and-after photos on her Instagram Story, thanking Dr. Rizk and showcasing her transformation to fans.
Fessler has appeared on RHONJ since season 13, though it remains unclear whether she will return for the show’s upcoming 15th season.
