Seven Counties Services, a Louisville-based mental health center, is taking steps to increase access to care with the purchase of a new property on Gardiner Point Drive.
The organization will maintain its downtown Louisville location while expanding to the 142,754-square-foot facility, which includes ample parking and is conveniently located near major highways.
“This is more than a building — it’s a bold step forward in our journey to transform lives,” said Dave Pankotai, CEO of Seven Counties Services, in a news release. “We are thrilled about the opportunity to expand our footprint in a way that allows us to consolidate resources, improve efficiency, and most importantly, continue providing hope and compassionate, high-quality care to our community.”
The new property is expected to strengthen Seven Counties’ long-term financial stability and support greater investment in staff, programs, and services.
Seven Counties Services provides mental and behavioral health care, substance use treatment, and services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across seven Kentucky counties, including Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt, Shelby, Spencer, Trimble, and Henry.
