Fellow Health, a pioneering company focused on male reproductive health, has secured $24 million in a Series B funding round to expand its mail-in semen analysis services. These services support fertility assessments and post-vasectomy testing, offering clinical-grade, at-home testing solutions that address a traditionally underserved market.
Led by 5AM Ventures with new investment from The Forrest Road Company, this latest round increases Fellow Health’s total funding to $48 million. The company collaborates with over 2,500 fertility and urology practices across the United States, processing more than 400 patient samples daily at its CLIA-certified laboratory.
Fellow Health distinguishes itself as the only mail-in fertility test backed by peer-reviewed validation data. By providing privacy, convenience, and timely results, it aims to overcome the barriers of traditional clinic-based testing.
Brian Hogan, CEO of Fellow Health, emphasized the importance of proactive and accessible male reproductive care: “Male reproductive health shouldn’t be reactive or inaccessible.” The company anticipates over 40% year-over-year revenue growth and aims for profitability in its fertility segment by 2026.
The newly acquired funding will support the expansion of Fellow Health’s clinical partner network and deepen its presence in fertility markets. Plans include launching employer-sponsored fertility benefits and expanding access initiatives based on insights gained from urology practices.
Having delivered over 50,000 test results this year alone, Fellow Health demonstrates strong demand for improved patient experiences in male reproductive health, easing the burden on healthcare providers.
