Love Island All Stars’ Hannah Elizabeth, 35, made a striking return to Manchester Airport after undergoing neck liposuction and a facelift in Turkey. The reality star, known for her time on both the original Love Island series and the All-Stars spin-off, was covered in bandages as she was greeted by her father upon landing.
Dressed casually in grey joggers and a fitted black top, Hannah wore a large black compression headband as she made her way through the airport. Earlier this month, she had traveled to Istanbul for the procedure, sharing updates and candid images of her bruised and swollen face with her Instagram followers just two days after surgery.
In one post, Hannah showed the left side of her face, writing: “I’m still really swollen but I literally feel. How is this 2 days post? My surgeon is magic.” Despite the visible bruising, she also shared glimpses of herself posing confidently in her hotel room during her final days in Turkey.
Hannah has been open about her extensive history of cosmetic enhancements, revealing to The Sun that she has spent over £100,000 on procedures. These include her 2022 “Bratz Doll” facial surgery, which involved a fox-eye lift, eyelid surgery, and lip fillers, as well as a nose job, breast augmentation, and Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Last year, she livestreamed a breast reduction from a G cup to a D cup, demonstrating her willingness to share her transformation journey with fans.
The former Love Island contestant made history as the first contestant to become engaged on the show, though she later ended her engagement with Jon Clark. Beyond reality TV, Hannah has built a successful career on OnlyFans, earning over £10,000 per month through fan subscriptions and custom content. She credits her appearance on Love Island All Stars in 2024 for a significant boost in her earnings.
Despite challenges in securing traditional brand partnerships due to her adult content work, Hannah continues to embrace her online platform as an empowering space to control her image and career. Her cosmetic procedures, social media presence, and subscription-based business reflect her commitment to both personal transformation and professional independence.
