Ashley’s post also revealed an unexpected reunion, as he bumped into fellow MAFS participant Ella Morgan at the clinic. Ella, who works there, took to her Instagram stories to update her followers, introducing Ashley with a warm “Hello MAFS series nine” as he waved while two clinicians worked on his scalp.
In a lighthearted moment, Ella joked that perhaps she and Ashley should have married each other on the show instead, prompting a few laughs between the two. Their interaction added a fun twist to what would otherwise be a serious procedure.
Ashley, who appeared on MAFS last year, had a difficult time connecting with his on-screen wife, Grace Law, from the start.
