Jennifer Garner Candidly Shares Botox Experience and Her Hesitation Toward Plastic Surgery

by Shreeya

Jennifer Garner candidly discussed her experiences with cosmetic treatments during a recent appearance on Kylie Kelce’s Not Gonna Lie podcast.

The 13 Going on 30 star admitted she has tried injectables like Botox, but quickly discovered they weren’t for her. “Of course I’ve tried Botox and all that, but it takes very little to completely freeze my forehead,” Garner said. “And then I just feel so conspicuous, like I’ve got a walking billboard.”

She added humorously, “I might as well get a tattoo of something, you know, across it. It’s just horrible. So, no, the Botox in the forehead, unfortunately, is not for me.”

Despite avoiding Botox, Garner revealed that she still explores non-invasive treatments. “Once a year, I go see someone and I’m like, I’m a pin cushion,” she admitted. “I can’t really tell a difference after, because that’s what I’ve noticed: The more you spend on a dermatologist doing a bunch of things to your face, the less you can tell that they’ve done it. And somehow, that’s a good thing.”

On the topic of surgical procedures, the actress shared her children’s perspective. “My kids are like, ‘Mom, promise us you’ll never get a facelift,’” she said. Garner, who shares Violet, 20, Seraphina, 17, and Samuel, 13, with ex-husband Ben Affleck, responded, “I am unlikely to rush toward a facelift. And yet I refused to make that promise because I am me today, and I don’t know how I’m gonna feel.”
