Fort Worth Plastic Surgery (FWPS), a Texas-based cosmetic and reconstructive surgery practice, has entered into a partnership with DermCare Management, a portfolio company of Hildred Capital, in a deal finalized on February 6, 2026. Physician Growth Partners (PGP), a healthcare-focused investment banking firm, served as the exclusive financial advisor to FWPS throughout the transaction.
Led by board-certified plastic surgeons Dr. Robert G. Anderson and Dr. Mark “Tony” Daniels, FWPS has built a strong reputation in the Fort Worth community for delivering advanced cosmetic and reconstructive procedures. The practice operates from a modern facility that includes a AAAASF-accredited surgery center equipped with two operating rooms and provides a full range of surgical services for the face, breast, body, and skin.
In addition to surgical care, FWPS offers non-surgical aesthetic treatments through a medical spa located adjacent to its clinic and surgery center, allowing patients to access both surgical and minimally invasive services in a single location.
Dr. Anderson said the firm relied heavily on PGP’s expertise during what he described as a complex transaction process.
