Influencer Katie Anderson has revealed the results of her second facelift and a neck lift, sharing her journey with fans on Instagram.
The 48-year-old posted a reel on Tuesday, February 17, showing her transformation three months after surgery. She began the clip with a “before” look while mouthing Tate McRae’s “Sports Car” lyrics, then revealed her post-surgery appearance, smiling and showing off her refreshed features.
“3 months post-op and still so glad I did this,” Anderson captioned the post. “A personal choice, for me and only me — and I’m happy I shared the journey with you.” She also praised her surgeon, Dr. Jonathan Zelken, writing, “Thank you to @jonathanzelkenmd for being the best in every way. He listened, he was honest, he answered any and all questions I had, and he cared. #beforeandafter #necklift #facelift #im48yearsold.”
Her followers and celebrity friends quickly reacted to the post. Elliana Walmsley commented, “Omg! 🔥,” while Lory Hill wrote, “Amazing ❤️.” Fans also expressed admiration, with one noting, “Girl! You look like you’re in your 20s! Gorg!”
Anderson had announced her decision to undergo the procedure in November 2025, citing that her first facelift “didn’t go as planned.” She documented the process, from pre-surgery markings to her one-day post-op appearance and her healing progress. Two weeks after surgery, once bruising and swelling had subsided, she revealed her new look.
“Like they say, you’re not ugly, I just had a facelift… well actually two of them!” Anderson explained in a previous post. She emphasized that the procedure was a personal choice and praised Dr. Zelken for his care and expertise.
Anderson is among several celebrities who have openly discussed cosmetic procedures. In August 2025, Kris Jenner spoke about her second facelift, telling Vogue, “I had a facelift about 15 years ago, so it was time for a refresh. I decided to do this facelift because I want to be the best version of myself, and that makes me happy.”
Jenner added, “If you feel comfortable in your skin and you want to age gracefully — meaning you don’t want to do anything — then don’t do anything. But for me, this is aging gracefully. It’s my version.”
