Phillips shared that her first significant procedure was a labiaplasty performed in 2021. She described the operation as a cosmetic surgery intended to reshape or reduce the size of the inner labia. The decision, Phillips said, was driven by her personal preferences regarding her appearance. The procedure cost her $6,700 and lasted about an hour. Despite medical advice to wait a month before resuming sexual activity, she said her recovery was swift, and she was pleased with the outcome.
