Content creator Pritty Vishy has shared the challenges she faced following her recent liposuction and tummy tuck procedures, offering fans an intimate look at the realities of cosmetic surgery.
In a candid vlog, Pritty detailed her journey, explaining that the decision to undergo the procedures was motivated by a desire to boost her confidence. She was accompanied by her best friend, Becky Akinyi, to the hospital, admitting that she felt anxious and scared about the surgery. Notably, she had not informed her mother beforehand.
Before the operation, Pritty revealed that her surgeon had encouraged her to enjoy her favorite foods in preparation for the procedure. “I have added a few kilos because I have been eating since my last consultation with the surgeon,” she said. However, she also noted that she was instructed not to eat in the hours immediately prior to surgery.
On the day of the operation, Pritty described feeling nervous and overwhelmed. “I was shown some other people’s before photos and I was like, ‘What the helly.’ We have to do what we have to do. I am so happy and hyped up,” she admitted.
After being wheeled into the operating room, the surgery lasted approximately six hours. Pritty emerged with noticeable swelling, struggling to speak and smile as nurses assisted her into bed. She explained that she needed to lie on her stomach due to post-surgery restrictions, and her friend Becky offered encouragement. “This person is very strong, she is a strong woman,” Becky said.
Pritty described waking up feeling emotional. “I felt like crying. I was just crying,” she shared. She also revealed discomfort from pain and fluid seepage from the wounds, requiring her to remain in the hospital before being discharged days later.
Even three days post-surgery, Pritty faced difficulties, struggling to walk down a ramp to catch an Uber. Once home, she shared that complications had arisen, prompting another hospital visit. “Hey guys, it’s day two since I got out of the hospital and unfortunately I am going back because my tummy is swollen. I am feeling uncomfortable. I cannot sleep on my tummy or on my side because they are all swollen,” she explained.
