Tracy Tutor, the longtime star of Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, has publicly confirmed she has undergone major cosmetic surgery, sharing a raw and unfiltered glimpse of her recovery just one day after the procedures.
The 50-year-old real estate agent posted a bruised and bandaged selfie to her Instagram Stories on Jan. 11, revealing that she had a lower facelift, neck lift and brow lift performed by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Jason Diamond. The image showed Tutor in early recovery, her face visibly swollen and discolored as she rested following the operations.
“Ready for the Golden Globes,” Tutor joked alongside the photo, adding that the surgery “went well” despite some post-operative discomfort. She said she was taken straight to aftercare, where she experienced pain and nausea, and has since been drifting “in and out” of sleep while healing. “Everything went perfectly,” she told her followers.
Dr. Diamond also administered platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections as part of Tutor’s treatment. According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, PRP therapy is often used after cosmetic procedures to speed up healing and reduce inflammation. Tutor said the injections were responsible for the noticeable discoloration on her cheeks in the photo.
The revelation marks a notable shift for Tutor, who for years had pushed back against speculation that she had altered her appearance. In June 2025, she attributed her youthful look to skincare rather than surgery. Earlier, in 2020, she addressed online rumors directly, writing on Instagram that she had not had facial plastic surgery and adding that even if she had, it would be no one else’s business.
Tutor has, however, been open about other aesthetic enhancements. In 2024, the mother of two underwent a “smile makeover” with celebrity cosmetic dentist Dr. Bill Dorfman, receiving veneers after cracking her front teeth. In a video shared on Dorfman’s TikTok account, Tutor said she had considered the procedure for 15 years, explaining that once her front teeth were fixed, she wanted the rest of her smile to match.
With her latest candid update, Tutor has now joined a growing number of celebrities choosing to be transparent about their cosmetic procedures, offering fans an unusually honest look at both the process and the recovery behind a polished Hollywood appearance.
