Kids content creator Heo Ji-ni has openly shared that she recently underwent a hair transplant, candidly describing both the motivation behind the decision and the challenging recovery process.
On the 5th, Heo took to her personal channel to announce the procedure, writing, “After giving birth to Seung-yu, I finally went through with the hair transplant I had wanted the most.” She explained that years of performing in musicals had taken a toll on her hairline. “I tied my hair back every day, sprayed it repeatedly, got drenched in sweat, and sprayed it again. Hairline damage really can happen in an instant,” she said.
Heo admitted she initially feared both sedation and pain, but noted that the most difficult part was not the surgery itself. “The pain wasn’t the real issue,” she shared. “Having to spray saline every 15 to 30 minutes for three straight days was honestly hell.” Despite the discomfort, she emphasized that the experience was ultimately worthwhile.
Expressing her satisfaction with the early results, Heo added, “This is a selfie from the third day with my bangs down, and I’m already so pleased. I’m really looking forward to how it will look a year from now.” Her post reflected relief and optimism following the demanding recovery.
Photos released alongside her message show Heo smiling contentedly after the procedure, suggesting a positive outlook on the outcome.
Heo Ji-ni married Park Chung-hyuk, the director of Kids Works, in 2018. The couple welcomed their first daughter in 2023, and last July, Heo became a mother of two with the birth of their second child, a son. She has also recently revealed that she underwent a lip enhancement procedure, continuing her open discussion about personal health and beauty choices.
