The expert panel conducted an extensive literature review of eight major databases, identifying 64 studies meeting inclusion criteria.
Using the Oxford Centre for Evidence-Based Medicine (OCEBM) framework and Delphi consensus voting, the team developed recommendations across nine domains: exercise safety, prescription design, environmental considerations, and monitoring protocols.
